At Pec, we believe that you should be the person most empowered to make decisions regarding your personal information. In order to do so, you should always know precisely what personal information is collected about you, how it is collected and the purposes for which it is used. This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Pelume Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Pec", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information in connection with the Pec website at pec.cam, the Pec organiser application at app.pec.cam, every guest page published at pec.cam and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Capitalised expressions which are not defined in this Privacy Policy bear the meanings given to them in our Terms of Service.

1. General information about this Privacy Policy

1.1. Who we are. Pelume Technologies Limited is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 17000375, and our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC168303.

In respect of the Photos taken at an Event, the Organiser of that Event decides why and how those Photos are taken and used, and is accordingly the controller of them. We process Photos on the Organiser's behalf, as their processor, in order to provide the Platform.

1.3. How to contact us. All queries regarding this Privacy Policy, or the manner in which we handle your personal information, can be directed to hello@pec.cam.
